Ethical Trial Of The Immoral Case Of The Ex-Kapolsek In Parimo Against The Suspect's Child Held Tomorrow, The Criminal Process Is Still Investigating
PALU - After working fast for a week, the Profession and Security Division (Propam) of the Central Sulawesi Police (Sulteeng) tomorrow will hold an etok trial for the former police chief in Parigi Moutong (Parimo) with the initials ID.
"Bidpropam Polda Central Sulawesi has gone the extra mile to complete the case file for the individual ID," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Police Kombes Didik Supranoto in a written statement, Friday, October 22.
The case file for the ex-Kapolsek in Parimo has been completed and has received legal advice from the legal field (Bidkum) of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. For this reason, Propam will hold an ethics session for the former police chief in Parimo, Saturday, October 23.
"Because it is related to allegations of immoral cases, so the trial will be held behind closed doors," he said.
Meanwhile, the general criminal case of the former police chief who molested the suspect's child is still in the process of being investigated by the Central Sulawesi Police Ditreskrimum.
"Currently we are still examining witnesses and if the investigation is deemed sufficient, then a case will be held to determine whether or not it can be increased to the investigation stage," he said.
From the investigation, a case will be carried out again to determine the suspect.
"Tomorrow, Saturday (23/10), whatever decision the result of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial will be submitted to the public," he concluded.
