Forward To Be A Candidate For The Regent Of Kediri, Pramono Anung's Son: Dynastic Politics Is Destiny

JAKARTA - The son of Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Pramono Anung, who is a candidate for regent of Kediri Regency, Hanindhito Himawan Pramono, said that he was still bleeding to run as regional head even though he received a red carpet because of his father's name.

"I come back with the same questions and continue like this, even though I get a red carpet, but I'm still bleeding here," said Dhito during a webinar entitled Candidates for Young Regional Heads, Can What be outlined on the YouTube account Politika Research and Consulting, Sunday , July 26.

Meanwhile, when asked about dynastic politics, Dhito said that this assumption had become destiny for him and could not be avoided anymore.

"It is related to dynastic politics, yes, dynastic politics is a destiny that I cannot fulfill," he said.

It is known that Dhito is the son of Pramono Anung, who is a senior cadre of the PDI-P and once served as secretary general of the party bearing the bull symbol.

He further said that he would not question the public's view of dynastic politics and would try hard to win the Pilkada to advance the Pilkada in Kediri Regency.

This PDI-P cadre also responded to the possibility that he would fight against an empty box in the Pilkada in December. According to him, although he did not have any opponents in the regent election, the struggle was not easy.

He admitted that when he was elected he would focus on fixing the bureaucracy in Kediri Regency Government. There are a number of breakthroughs that he will do. One of them was dismissing the Kediri Regency Development Acceleration Team which was considered overlapping with other institutions.

"My main program is actually bureaucratic reform. I want to disband the Kediri Regency Development Acceleration Team because in my opinion there are not too many substantial things within the Kediri Regency government," he said.

Previously, PDI Perjuangan brought the son of Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Hanindhito Himawan Pramono as a candidate for district head in the 2020 Regional Head Election of Kediri Regency.

Hanindhito was paired with the Chairman of Fatayat NU in Kediri Regency, Dwei Maria Ulfa who is a cadre of the National Awakening Party (PKB).

Some time ago, Pramono Anung supported his son to advance in the Pilkada of Kediri Regency, East Java in the 2020 Pilkada.
