Revealed, Ahok Ever Asked Halo BCA Call Center To Teach DKI Provincial Government Service Team
JAKARTA - A video circulating on social media shows Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) chairing a meeting of the DKI Provincial Government when he was still the Governor of DKI, several years ago.
At that time, Jakarta was preparing to operate an emergency call system, namely Jakarta Siaga 112. This system was coordinated by the DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD).
In the video, Ahok openly asks his subordinates to cheat on his emergency call service system, such as the Halo BCA call center.
"I don't want BPBD to make a central version of the system, whatever. Just check BCA... what system BCA uses, I want to use his system," Ahok said, quoted in a video recording, Monday, October 18.
In fact, at that time, Ahok planned to ask Halo BCA for help to train the DKI Provincial Government team to provide services to residents of the Capital City who needed assistance.
"I only asked BCA for help. He didn't just take calls. Every (call center) that received (calls), was pursued until it was done. This is what we want in our team," said Ahok.
Then, Ahok's wish came true. Even continued until the leadership of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan. In February 2018, the Jakarta Siaga 112 BPBD call center operator received training from Halo BCA.
