This Morning, Satpol PP Raided PPKM In Cakung, Met A Coffee Shop Violation And Immediately Sealed It
JAKARTA - Two businesses caught violating PPKM regulations in the Cakung area, East Jakarta, were taken by the joint Satpol PP and TNI/Polri officers, early Sunday, October 17.
According to the Head of Cakung District Police, Harapan Tambunan, a coffee shop business on Jl Raya Pulogebang was sealed for 3x24 hours because it had committed more than one violation. He hoped this action would be a deterrent.
"We have been warned before but they are still stubborn. That's why we seal it 3x24 hours to provide a deterrent effect," said Harapan as quoted from the Jakarta News.
Meanwhile, another food and beverage business located on Komarudin Street on the east side of the toll road was given a written warning.
In addition to taking action against the two places of business, continued Harapan, his party also dispelled street vendors selling on the road and trotors in front of the Sopo Marpingkir Building, Pulogebang Village, and in front of the Pulogebang Integrated Terminal and on Inspeksi Street BKT Pulogebang. The officers also dispersed the residents who had gathered in the three locations.

PPKM supervision was carried out starting Saturday, October 16. Joint officers inspected Damai Street Flyover BKT Pulogebang Village, Cacing Street, West Cakung. Then Pulogebang Street, Inspeksi Street BKT Pulogebang next to Pulogebang Integrated Bus Terminal and East Toll Side Street Pulogebang Village.
"This activity involves 30 personnel from the combined Satpol PP, TNI, and Polri," he said.
