Anticipating Riots, Hundreds Of Brimob Guard Strictly For The 2021 Simultaneous Village Elections In Pandeglang Regency
Pandeglang - A total of 182 personnel from the Banten Police Satbrimob held a joint troop rally in the context of securing the 2021 Simultaneous Village Elections in the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction which was carried out in the Pandeglang Square and led by the Pandeglang Police Chief AKBP Belny Warlansyah, Saturday (16/10).

The Banten Police Brimob Unit Commander Kombes Pol Dwi Yanto Nugroho said that the Banten Mobile Brigade (Brimob) ranks were ready to secure the 2021 Village Head Election within the Banten Police's jurisdiction.
"To secure the 2021 Simultaneous Pilkades, Brimob Banten continues to improve work professionalism and technical and tactical capabilities, supporting equipment, and supporting infrastructure for tasks," said Dwi Yanto Nugroho.
"We prepared 182 personnel, the main tools and special tools and special vehicles that we have," he continued.
Dwi Yanto Nugroho also hopes that members can carry out their duties according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) so as not to violate the rules and ensure that the crowd can be controlled by minimizing the number of victims, both from the community and members.
Furthermore, Dwi Yanto Nugroho said, in addition to preparing maximum security forces, his party also invited all parties and levels of society in Banten Province to improve security and public order (Kamtibmas).
"The current condition of Kamtibmas is very conducive, the conditions that have been well-maintained should not be disturbed by political competition for the regional leadership seat," he said.
He added that the 182 Satbrimob personnel of the Banten Police were assigned to secure the Pilkades in Pandeglang district.
"We dispatched as many as 182 personnel to carry out the BKO for securing the village head election in 15 sub-districts within the jurisdiction of the Pandeglang Police which will take place on October 17," he added.
He further explained that all personnel from the Banten Police Satbrimob who were BKO would later be divided and dispatched to the village that carried out the Pilkades.
Finally, he also advised his members to always take care of their health so they don't get sick, so they can carry out their duties properly.
"Because the 2021 Pilkades takes place in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, so that all personnel comply with health protocols (prokes). Likewise, during the voting at TPS, we will urge residents to obey the prokes, so as not to create new clusters in the Pilkades," closed Dwi Yanto Nugroho.
