It's Been Recognized As A Child, But Still Has The Heart To Sell His Adoptive Father's Motorbike, The Man In Johar Baru Is Finally Arrested By The Police
Jakarta - The Johar Baru Police arrested a theft perpetrator with the initials WW on Jalan Tanah Tinggi 12, Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta.
The Head of Johar Baru Police, Kompol Edison, said that the perpetrators of WW committed the theft at the house of his adoptive parents.
"So the adoptive parents received the mortgage, the motorcycle was stolen by their child and then sold to someone else," said Commissioner Edison when contacted by VOI, Friday, October 15.
Based on police records, the perpetrator has been imprisoned in a similar case.
"The perpetrators of WW sold two-wheeled motorcycles at a price of Rp. 3 million," he said.
The perpetrators market their stolen motorbikes using online buying and selling facilities. The sale of these two-wheeled vehicles uses a break-up system and offers motorbikes through social media.
"So when someone wants to take a motorbike, the perpetrators receive the money. The motorbike is immediately taken," he said.
To account for his actions, the perpetrator with the initials WW was charged with Article 363 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of up to 5 years in prison.
