3 Suspects From The Pinjol Collector's Office In Tangerang Who Were Raided, 2 People Who Sent Pornographic Photos
JAKARTA - The police have named three suspects in the raid on the online loan collection office (pinjol) in the Green Lake area, Tangerang. Two of them play a role in spreading photos of borrowed users.
"As of this morning, 32 people have been investigated. 3 people have been named as suspects," said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters, Friday, October 15.
The two collectors named by the suspect had the initials MAF and RW. They spread photos of people who are late paying with pornographic elements.
"The initial role of MAF is to collect loans by sending photos of victims with pornographic photos as if the photos belong to the victim in the form of pornography," said Yusri.
"Brother RW collected the loan by sending a photo of the same victim, which was done by MAF," he continued.
The third suspect, with the initials P. He is the Director of PT Indo Tekno Indonesia and is therefore responsible for all these illegal acts.
Meanwhile, dozens of people who had previously been detained were only appointed as witnesses. They must undergo mandatory reporting.
"The rest must be reported," he said.
With this determination, the three people were charged with Article 35 in conjunction with Article 51, Article 27 in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya raided an online loan office (pinjol) in the Tangerang area. This raid was the result of the attention of the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, regarding the eradication of illegal loans.
The borrowed office that was raided was in the Green Lake City area, Ruko Crown Blok C1-7, Tangerang.
