JAKARTA – It happened again in Kayu Putih, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta, a man became a victim of the mugging of two people using a motorbike. Luckily, the incident was caught on CCTV, making it easier for the police to solve the case.

In the video, it can be seen that the two robbers carried out the action using a motorbike. It turned out that the two perpetrators had followed the victim from behind while continuing to spy on the cellphone that the victim was holding.

When approaching the victim, one of the perpetrators took the victim's cellphone and immediately ran away quickly.

"The person (the victim of the cellphone owner) was chasing him while shouting to grab the perpetrator. But he was not overtaken," said Haris, an eye witness to the incident at the scene, Friday, October 15.

The victim ran after the suspect's motorbike for a kilometer. But fate said otherwise, the victim was forced to lose his valuables.

"I saw that afternoon there were people shouting while chasing a motorbike that was riding on a motorbike. He shouted grabbing. The perpetrators were two people riding a motorbike," he said.

The victim's attempt to catch the perpetrator failed. The reason is that the situation around the location of the incident looks deserted and deserted.

"The perpetrator fled to the south by way of Jalan Kayu Putih 7. There are very frequent robberies here. Previously, the rearview mirror of a car belonging to Mr. RT was stolen, the rearview mirror of other residents was also stolen and there was a necklace snatcher. Anyway, it happened often," he said.

As of this writing, the case is still under investigation by the Pulogadung Police.
