JAKARTA - In the last few days, the price of Bitcoin (BTC) has been going strong. The cryptorcurrency exchange rate is at US $ 9,544 per coin or around Rp. 139 million.

Based on the Coindesk market index, at 16.50 WIB, Bitcoin has strengthened by 0.23 percent in the last 24 hours. Bitcoin price managed to occupy the highest position in the last three days.

"Higher prices will be very good again. Bitcoin has risen above 9,500 US dollars, this shows positive sentiment from investors," said George Clayton, managing partner of Cryptanalysis Capital, Friday, July 24.

George believes that the Bitcoin price will still be maintained for the next few days. Where Bitcoin is maintained in the range of 9,349 to 9,686 US dollars.

Meanwhile, the second largest cryptocurrency, Ethereum (ETH), also rose by around US $ 273 or corrected positive 11 percent in the last 24 hours. This strengthening trend will still be ongoing in the next few days.

The total value locked in decentralized finance (DeFi) surpassed the $ 3 billion mark, as of July 21, according to information from aggregator DeFi Pulse. The total value, at 3.37 billion US dollars, was as of Thursday and has tripled in size since early 2020.
