For his actions, the defendant was charged with Article 112 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
There are also things that are aggravating that the defendant is a person who understands and understands the law because he is a law enforcement officer (police), and does not support the government's program in eradicating narcotics. Meanwhile, mitigating factors are that the defendant has never been convicted.

Meanwhile, the defendant was arrested at the Badung Police Lobby and found seven packages of methamphetamine with a net weight of 0.86 grams which were recognized as belonging to the defendant, so that the confiscated meth evidence was 37 packages with a total net weight of 4.58 grams which was planned to be released. the defendant resells it to the buyer.
