Tamara Bleszynski's Report Was Not Rejected By The Criminal Investigation Department, But Was Asked To Complete Preliminary Evidence
JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police stated that the report on the alleged fraud that Tamara Bleszynski had previously reported was not rejected. Instead, it was postponed to complete sufficient preliminary evidence.
"I emphasize that it is not rejected, but that there is an incomplete file," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Wednesday, October 13.
However, regarding the context of the lack of evidence, Ramadhan is reluctant to elaborate. That is the investigator's authority.
"What's the file? That's the investigator's authority. I can't convey it because that's the investigator's domain," said Ramadhan.
Tamara Bleszynski visited the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on Tuesday, October 12. He wanted to report a case of suspected business-related fraud that cost him tens of billions of rupiah.
Tamara's lawyer, T. Johansyah, stated that in the report, the police considered that there was still insufficient evidence. So, asked to complete it first.
"The investigators are still asking us to fulfill the related documents. So we still have a little more work to do to find this justice. Hopefully it can be fulfilled soon," he said.
Meanwhile, Tamara said this issue had a profound impact on her life. In fact, he can no longer do anything except leave it to the police to investigate thoroughly.
"I have suffered for a dozen years, I am very sad that there is no other way but to ask the state," said Tamara.
