Case Holds Postponed, Police Will Check Nia Daniaty's Child Again Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The police have postponed the case of alleged fraud in the recruitment of Civil Servants (PNS) with reported Olivia Nathania. This is because there are still files that are considered lacking.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said investigators would schedule a re-examination of Nia Daniaty's child, Olivia Nathania.

"We have examined sister O and her husband to take information, they are present and are planning to file a case. But the results of the examination of the files still have questions for O," said Yusri to reporters, Wednesday, October 13.

Yusri said, investigators scheduled an examination of Olivia on Thursday, October 14.

"On Thursday, we invite the person concerned again to take his statement because there are several questions that need to be given to O," said Yusri.

After completing the required files, said Yusri, his party will conduct a case. The goal is to determine whether or not the case can go up to the level of investigation

"Hopefully Thursday will come so that on Friday we can hold a case to determine whether this case can go up for investigation," said Yusri.

For information, Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN, were reported for a civil servant recruitment fraud case. The report was addressed to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya.

In addition, the report is registered with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: 23 September 2021. The articles reported are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
