Sad News From West Sulawesi, A Total Of 342 People Have Died Due To COVID-19
JAKARTA - The West Sulawesi Province COVID-19 Task Force (Sulbar) recorded an increase of two positive COVID-19 patients in the area and the number of cases was the lowest number of cases throughout 2021.
"The West Sulawesi COVID-19 case which increased by two is the lowest case in 2021 and the number of positive COVID-19 cases has increased to 12,287," said Spokesman for the West Sulawesi COVID-19 Task Force, Safaruddin, in Mamuju, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, October 13.
Safaruddin, who is also the Head of Communications and Information Technology of West Sulawesi, said the public was asked to maintain health protocols and carry out vaccinations so that the number of positive COVID patients that began to decline could survive and no longer increase.
"Sufficient exercise maintains health and endurance and must be vaccinated to maintain immunity," he said.

According to him, there were 11.773 recovered patients, seven patients undergoing treatment, and 165 undergoing self-isolation.
Meanwhile, he said, the total number of patients who died from COVID-19 in West Sulawesi Province to date is 342 people.
He conveyed, the government in West Sulawesi continues to vaccinate against COVID-19 for 1.089.240 targeted people.
According to him, vaccine dose 1 has been given to 316.077 people or 29.02 percent while vaccine dose 2 has been given to 174 882 people in West Sulawesi or 16.06 percent.
