It's Been More Than 2 Weeks PSI Still Hasn't Sent Viani's Dismissal Letter To The DKI DPRD, What's Wrong?
JAKARTA - The chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) DPP Isyana Bagoes Oka admitted that until now his party has not sent a letter to dismiss Viani Limardi from her party membership to the chairman of the DKI DPRD.
Isyana said that currently the interim replacement notice (PAW) for PSI faction members to be sent to the DPRD is still in the administrative process.
"Wait, yes. Currently, it is still being processed internally by the party for signatures and so that the administrative process is correct, editorially and administratively," said Isyana when contacted, Tuesday, October 12.
The decision to dismiss Viani has been issued since September 25. This means that PSI has not followed up on the PAW process to the DPRD for three weeks. However, Isyana claims there are no internal problems in processing this matter.
"There is no (problem). We are just waiting for the signatures from the General Chair and the Secretary General," said Isyana.
As is known, Viani has been fired from PSI cadres through a letter of dismissal issued as of September 25, 2021. He admitted that he did not accept the reason for his dismissal because he was accused of inflating recess funds.
In the letter to dismiss PSI's Central Executive Board (DPP), it was stated that Viani had often inflated recess funds of up to Rp. 302 million for 16 recess points.
However, after inspection, Plt. Secretary of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Augustinus, said that Viani had not inflated the intended budget.
Viani Limardi admitted that he did not accept the dismissal. "Every day, from morning to night, we work hard and wholeheartedly for the people of DKI Jakarta, even though we just playfully destroy our good name," said Viani.
He will file a lawsuit against PSI for Rp. 1 trillion. In fact, there is a possibility that Viani will also file a criminal lawsuit. Currently, Viani admits that she is still compiling the material for the lawsuit together with her legal counsel.
"It is being processed because the preparation of the file takes time. A criminal lawsuit is also being prepared," said Viani
