APBN To Personal Accounts, Ministry Of Religion: It Has Been Deposited Into The State Treasury
JAKARTA - Acting Inspector General (Irjen) of the Ministry of Religion, Muhammada Tambrin, clarified the findings of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) which stated that there were a number of state revenue and expenditure budget funds (APBN) to private accounts.
Tambrin said that currently all findings in the Central Echelon I work unit, Regional Office, State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN), and Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) have been followed up by the APIP / Inspectorate General Ministry of Religion Team.
"Regarding the findings, we have explained it to the Republic of Indonesia BPK during the investigation. The work unit has also been followed up by depositing it to the state treasury / BLU and submitting evidence of reporting on the implementation of activities," Tambrin said.
Tambrin said that he had asked the ranks of the Ministry of Religion to further tighten the management and implementation of state finances, so that the transfer mechanism to personal accounts would not be repeated in the following fiscal year.
"The Indonesian BPK has received and understood the explanation so that the 2019 Ministry of Religion Financial Report will receive an Unqualified opinion," he said.
Previously it was reported, In the Audit Results report (LHP) of the 2019 Central Government Financial Report (LKPP), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) revealed the findings of the management of APBN funds that went into private accounts.
The total findings of APBN fund management using personal accounts reached Rp 71.78 billion. In fact, this is happening at the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Religion, the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency.
