Olivia Nathania's Husband Completed Investigation, Claims Not To Know About Fraud
JAKARTA - Olivia Nathania's husband, Rafly N Tilaar, has completed an investigation into a suspected fraud case involving the recruitment of Civil Servants (PNS). During the examination, Rafly was asked 33 questions.
"There were 33 questions and all of them were answered by my client," said Rafly's lawyer, Yusuf Titaley, to reporters on Monday, October 11.
Dozens of questions were related to the alleged fraud case. Investigators are looking into reports of alleged fraud cases.
Meanwhile, another lawyer for Rafly, Susanti Agustina, said that her client did not know about the case. This includes the use of the account.
"Basically, Rafly doesn't know anything about the problem with Oi (Olivia). So all savings accounts, ATMs, are held by Oi and Rafly doesn't know anything about it," said Susanti.
As is known, five victims decided to report cases of fraud and/or embezzlement and/or forgery of letters allegedly committed by Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN.
The victim reported Olivia Nathania and RF to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: 23 September 2021. The articles reported are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
