Police Reconstruct The Murder Case Of Brothers Who Died In The Well Because Of Heartache In Love Affairs
JAKARTA - The Satreskrim personnel of the Sidoarjo Police, East Java Police held a reconstruction of the murder case with the victims of a brother and sister found in a well, in Wedoro Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo, East Java.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sidoarjo Police, AKP Oscar Stefanus, said that the suspect Heru played 32 scenes in the reconstruction.
"Heru killed two victims with the initials DA and DR who were still brothers and sisters because their love was rejected by one of the victims," he said, quoted by Antara, Monday, October 11.
He said the reconstruction was carried out so that this unlawful act could be determined based on the information given by the suspect.
"Therefore, we did a re-enactment of 32 scenes in today's reconstruction," he said.
The murder, he said, took place in Wedoro Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo in early September.
He said the reconstruction was in accordance with the suspect's statement, although there were some new findings which would later be added to the file.
"The suspect admitted what he had done. The motive was revenge. Hurt because his love was rejected by one of the victims," he said.
The suspect Heru was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code on murder with a 15-year prison sentence, Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code on theft and violence with a 15-year prison sentence, Article 351 of the Criminal Code on torture with a 15-year prison sentence.
"In addition, the suspect is suspected of Article 80 paragraph 3 of the Child Protection Act, with a penalty of 15 years in prison," he said.
