23 DPO Lampung Prosecutor's Office Has Not Been Arrested

JAKARTA - Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasipenkum) of the Lampung High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) Agus Ari Wibowo said that until July 2020 there were 23 wanted lists of people (DPO) who had not been caught.

"The total number of DPOs in the prosecutor's office in Lampung is 23," said Agus, in Bandarlampung as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, July 22.

Of the 23 DPOs, the legal process was handled by 12 prosecutors and two branches of the prosecutor's office, including the Bandarlampung District Attorney (Kejari) with 6 DPOs, 1 DPO South Lampung Kejari, 5 DPO Central Lampung Kejari, 1 DPO Metro Kejari , Kejari Way Kanan 1 DPO, and Kejari West Lampung one DPO.

Then, Kejari Tanggamus 2 DPO, Kejari Tulangbawang 3 DPO, Cabjari Panjang 1 DPO, and Cabjari Tanggamus at Talang Padang 1 DPO.

"For the East Lampung Kejari, Pringsewu Kejari Pringsewu and Pesawaran Prosecutors, there are no DPOs. So the total is 23 DPOs," he said.

Ari added, in response to this, the prosecutor's team is still hunting down DPOs. The team continues to pursue and coordinate with prosecutors throughout Lampung and the AGO.

"From this coordination, hopefully we can catch the DPOs. We also hope that the community will be able to tell them if they see DPOs wherever they are," he said again.
