BMW Car Seized By Officers, Driver Who Hits Police While Guarding CFN, Undergoes Urine Test
JAKARTA - Head of Sub Directorate of Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Argo Wiyono said that until now the driver of the BMW Wagon with the initials RI is still undergoing investigation by police investigators. RI is known to have hit a police officer who was on guard in the crowd free night area, on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, South Jakarta.

To explore the examination, Argo said that RI had also undergone a urine test. However, the result was negative.
"Checking the urine of the perpetrators with negative results," he concluded.
Argo gave a brief chronology of the accident.
"At the time of the traffic accident, the driver of the BMW NRKB B-1157-SSl Sedan Vehicle driven by the Indonesian brothers drove from the south to the north on Jalan Sisingamangaraja, south Jakarta," said Argo in a written statement.
Then, Argo added that the driver was suspected of not being careful and concentrating. In addition, he said that the driver also ignored the officers' instructions.
"When he arrived in front of House No. 67, it was suspected that he was not careful and concentrated and ignored the orders of the AN officer. JH was carrying out the insulation so that he grazed the officer," he said.
The AN police officer was blown away after being hit by a BMW driven by RI. AN who was injured was taken to the Mintohardjo Naval Hospital (RSAL), Bendungan Hilir, Central Jakarta.
"Bouncing as a result of the accident, the vehicle was damaged and Officer AN. JH was injured and was taken to the Mintohardjo Hospital for treatment," he said.
As evidence, one unit of a blue BMW car with license plate number B 1157 SSl has been secured.
