MAKASSAR - The Reported Party with the initials RA who was reported to have molested and raped his three biological children in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi vehemently denied the allegations of sexual violence. He provided clarification regarding legal issues reported by his ex-wife with the initials RA.

"Maybe people don't understand what really happened so he (reports it). Then his mother, my ex-wife, forced her will," said RA, quoted by Antara, Friday, October 8.

RA said that in this case no one tried to protect him, moreover he was not an influential person in East Luwu, but only the Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) at the East Luwu Regency Government Inspectorate.

"If we want to analyze it, logically, who am I to influence this (case). Until the accusation that it can influence investigators, and law enforcement officers. Meanwhile, the regent and the chairman of the DPRD are taken (arrested). Especially if I do something wrong ," he said.

RA explained, from an examination by the South Sulawesi Regional Police Biddokes regarding the results of the post-mortem on the vital organs of his three children in 2019, it was stated that there was no evidence of sexual violence against his children. Likewise, the results of psychiatric tests on his ex-wife, he said, were suspected of having a mental disorder.

"The medical (visum) results (from the South Sulawesi Regional Police Biddokes) are also impossible to bet on, he has this (visum results). If I, logically, did not enter (sexual violence), this is an accusation, who wants to be cheated (accused)," he said .

Asked so far how his relationship status with his son was after being reported, RA said, since the case in 2019, he had never met his wife and three children.

"I've never seen the children again, because I was afraid that I would be reported with new problems again, I took care of that. Because I knew this character was her mother, so I didn't want to. I just sent money for her meals every month, it's routine," he said RA .

RA admitted that he is still monitoring the provision of support for his children and photocopying all transfer evidence. Even RA admitted to asking the bank to make sure the account number of his ex-wife was still active or not.

"So he (SA) is forcing his will. Since the problem has never been a call, I blocked the number. I don't want to listen to inappropriate words that make me emotional," he said.

RA has reported back to his ex-wife regarding the case for defaming her to the Luwu Police. However, so far there has been no response from the local authorities.

"That's why I reported it back (in 2019), but there has been no settlement action until now," he explained.

In connection with the re-emergence of the case after it was stopped by the Luwu Police in 2019, RA will also take legal action back, because his good name is tarnished.

"It's circulating, because it's illegal stuff. The point is like this, because it's not proven, right, I have the right to report back, especially since this (viral) is all over Indonesia. Including (reporting) those people, I collect comments ( social media), later I will filter which ones are brought to the realm of law," he asserted.

"I just hope that the East Luwu Police will immediately follow up, I hope I report back, because it's defamation. I was destroyed, my character was destroyed. Then this is also a child, how will he be psychologically, later he will go to school, he will be bullied, that his father has been with him," he said. disappointed.

RA also regrets related to the case. According to RA, the public should analyze and logically correct.

"Where's the logic. That's not the way of thinking, people are all hallucinating. They should come to East Luwu, study there, what the situation is. I'm sorry, I won't forgive this person who slandered me," he said.
