Freelance Daily Officer At Jambi Dukcapil Becomes Suspect Of Fake KTP
JAMBI - Investigators of Sub-Directorate V Cyber Ditreskrimsus Jambi Police have named one suspect in the case of a fake Identity Card (KTP) at the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil).
"The suspect with the initials FB (22) is a Casual Daily Worker (PHL) at the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Service who is the main actor in this case," said Head of Sub-Directorate V Cyber of the Jambi Police Ditreskrimsus AKBP Wahyu Bram, in Jambi, as reported by Antara, Friday, October 8th.
The FB actor is the main actor, because he is a Computer Admin at the Jambi City Disdukcapil. The suspect was caught using the office computer illegally outside of office hours.
The suspect has a User and Password to print an ID card, but for the manufacture of an ID card there must be a warrant, which party must be printed, how many are printed and there must be a warrant from his superior.
"But the FB suspect in his action did not have an order and there was no request, so actually his mode was illegal levies," said AKBP Wahyu Bram when he released the determination of the suspect in the ID card forgery case.
"This is the only one that we have determined as a suspect. We will immediately submit the file to the public prosecutor to accelerate the settlement to the prosecutor," said Bram.
In the action, the suspect coordinated with other parties and the perpetrators cooperated with brokers on the sub-district side and promised that the process of making the ID card would be faster.
"Because it is not in accordance with the SOP and is not known by the leadership, the materials used are used materials and so someone replaces the ID card to change the address or the writing has been damaged but is not destroyed and stored by the person concerned for reuse," he said. Bram. As a result, the ID card that uses used materials gives rise to two data, the data on the ID card chip and the data listed on the ID card.
"Finally, the KTP cannot be used to take care of other administrations such as managing accounts and others," he said again.
In addition to FB, investigators will again announce other suspects, possibly 6 more people next week. Meanwhile, FB was not detained at the Jambi Police Rutan because it was considered cooperative.
To account for his actions, FB is entangled in Article 32 of the ITE Law and is threatened with a minimum of 5 years in prison.
