From Bali, President Jokowi And First Lady Head To Yogyakarta

YOGYAKARTA - President Joko Widodo and First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo left for the Special Region of Yogyakarta after carrying out a number of activities during a working visit in Bali.

Using the Indonesian-1 Presidential plane, the President and his entourage took off from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung Regency, at around 15.29 WIB.

Arriving at the Adisutjipto Air Force Base, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, the President and his entourage went straight to Gedung Agung, Yogyakarta Presidential Palace to rest. President Joko Widodo will continue his work agenda on Saturday, October 9.

Accompanying the President and the First Lady on the flight to Yogyakarta were Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary Marsda TNI M. Tonny Harjono, Commander of Paspampres Maj. Gen. Tri Budi Utomo, Coordinator of Presidential Special Staff Ari Dwipayana. , as well as the Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin.

Launching Antara, on Friday, October 8, Jokowi carried out a number of activities during a working visit in Bali, starting with visiting the mangrove forest at the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park with First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo.

After that, Jokowi and his entourage performed Friday prayers at the Bali Governor's Office complex before giving directions to the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) throughout the Bali Province which was held at the Wisma Sabha Utama building.

President Jokowi ended his series of working visits in Bali by reviewing a number of locations that will be used in the G20 Summit. In 2022 Indonesia is trusted to host the grand meeting.
