Head Of Probolinggo Education Office Fathur Rozi Examined By KPK, Completes Puput Tantriana Sari's Dossier
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled the examination of six witnesses related to the alleged sale and purchase of positions that ensnared the inactive Probolinggo Regent Puput Tantriana Sari and her husband, Hasan Aminuddin.
The six witnesses were examined to complete the file belonging to Puput Tantriana Sari (PTS). One of those examined was the Head of the Probolinggo Regency Education Office, Fathur Rozi.
"Today, October 8, the examination of witnesses for corruption related to the selection of positions within the Probolinggo Regency government in 2021 for PTS suspects," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, October 8.
Meanwhile, other witnesses who were also summoned by the KPK were staff of the Finance Sub Division of the Probolinggo Regency Education Office, Anton Riswanto and three former aides to Hasan Aminuddin, namely Zamfroni Fassya, Sulaiman, and Adimas.
"The investigation was carried out at the Probolinggo City Police," said Ali.
In the bribery case of buying and selling positions, the KPK has named 22 people as suspects. They consist of 4 bribe recipients and 18 bribe givers. Bribes were given so that they could serve as village head officials in the Probolinggo Regency Government. Each person is required to pay Rp. 20 million and the village land tribute of Rp. 5 million per hectare.
The four recipients were Probolinggo Regent Puput Tantriana Sari, DPR member Hasan Aminuddin, Krejengan sub-district head Doddy Kurniawan, and Paiton sub-district head Muhamad Ridwan.
While the 18 donors namely Sumanto, Ali Wafa, Mawardi, Mashudi, Maliha, Mohammad Bambang, Masruhen, Abdul Wafi, Kho'im, Akhmad Saifullah, Jaelani, Uhar, Nurul Hadi, Nuruh Huda, Hasan, Sahir, Sugito, and Syamsuddin as suspects giver. They are all state civil apparatus (ASN) in Probolinggo.
