Lee Byung Hun plays Lee Dong Suk, a man who was born and raised in Jeju by selling trucks as a source of income. This drama is his latest drama project after Mr. Sunshine in 2018.
Shin Min Ah will appear as Min Sun Ah, a woman who has a secret and just arrived in Jeju. Currently, Shin Min Ah is finalizing the production of Hometown ChaChaCha. It is known that Lee Byung Hun and Shin Min Ah had co-starred in the 2005 film A Bittersweet Life.
Han Ji Min plays Lee Young Ok, a cheerful diver who is said to have a lot of rumors. Kim Woo Bin plays Park Sung Joon, a good ship captain who likes Lee Young Ok. Our Blues is his latest work after officially recovering from nasopharyngeal cancer.

Noh Hee Kyung also made this drama a reunion with director Kim Kyu Tae who worked on the drama written by Hee Kyung. If nothing goes wrong, the drama Our Blues will air starting in 2022.
