11 Hamlets In Sinjai, South Sulawesi Soon To Be Electrified

MAKASSAR - Deputy Regent of Sinjai Andi Kartini Ottong said 11 hamlets in the area will soon be electrified.

This was stated by Andi Kartini after holding an audience with the Head of PLN Bulukumba Branch, Leandra Agung Tri Radi, in Bulukumba, South Sulawesi, Wednesday, October 6.

Before holding a meeting with the Head of PLN Bulukumba Branch, Andi Kartini had received the aspirations of the residents of Sinjai, who until now have not had electricity.

"We have received a lot of complaints from people in remote areas of Sinjai, if they have not enjoyed electricity until now," he said, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, October 6.

Therefore, his party strives to convey the condition of the community to the State Electricity Company (PLN) Bulukumba Branch.

Responding to this, Leandra Agung admitted that there are still 11 hamlets in Sinjai Regency which are in the process and will receive electricity soon.

"There are 11 hamlets that are still waiting for materials which are currently hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic, but God willing, it will be completed this year," he said.

He said that not only the 11 hamlets he was fighting for had electricity from PLN, but also other areas under the authority of PLN's Bulukumba Branch.
