Full Of Enthusiasm, TNI Soldiers Carry Paralyzed Residents Who Will Take BLT
SOLOK - Babinsa Koramil 03/Sungai Pagu, Kodim 0309/Solok Sertu Osman Gumandra, carrying a resident who had difficulty picking up BLT for village funds in Nagari Preparation for Pekonina Alam Pauh Duo, Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra because he was paralyzed.
"I received news from residents that one of my assisted residents received BLT, but was paralyzed so he couldn't walk to pick up the aid to the wali nagari office," said Babinsa Koramil 03/Sungai Pagu, Sertu Osman Gumandra when confirmed from Solok, reported by Antara, Wednesday, October 6.
Without thinking, Osman immediately went to the location and carried the paralyzed resident to the BLT DD reception area to the office of the Wali Nagari Preparation for Pekonina Alam Pauh Duo, Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency.
He said the resident named Aris (44) came from Jorong Taratak Tinggi Nagari Preparation Pekonina Alam Pauh Duo, Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency, the person concerned could not walk normally because he was paralyzed.
Meanwhile, the road that had to be taken from the house to the wali nagari office was very difficult for Aris to pass, he had to pass through the rice fields so that one way to do it was to carry Aris so he could get to the wali nagari office to pick up the BLT DD.
"The distance from Aris's house to the nagari guardian's office is about 20 kilometers. From his house to the side of the road it is about 150 meters, passing through the rice fields, then going to the nagari guardian's office using an official vehicle," he said.
He is also concerned about Ari, who has not received BLT funds for two months on the grounds that the person concerned must be picked up and cannot be represented.
“I, as Babinsa, have the obligation to accompany the person concerned to come to the office of the Nagari Wali, because he cannot be represented. For us, it is included in the eight mandatory military services, namely the eighth being an example and pioneering the efforts of the people around them," he said.
Dandim 0309/Solok Lt. Col. Arm. Reno Triambodo appreciated the heroic actions carried out by Babinsa Koramil 03/Sungai Pagu, Kodim 0309/Solok Sertu Osman Gumandra.
"Because the TNI's job is to serve the community without expecting anything in return. In addition, he is also a TNI soldier who has a very high humanitarian spirit. One of them has helped evacuate small children during the handling of floods in South Solok," he said.
He hoped that in the future Babinsa from the ranks of Kodim 0309/Solok should be able to help and overcome the difficulties of the people around them.
