Still Stubborn In Holding The Nobar Liga 2 Title, Satpol PP Threatens To Close Cafes In Surakarta
SURAKARTA - The Surakarta City Satpol PP issued the first warning letter for the cafe organizing the League 2 soccer watch together (nobar). If further violations are found, the cafe will be closed.
This was stated by the Head of the Surakarta City Satpol PP Arif Darmawan. "If they repeat the violation again, they will be given a sanction in the form of SP 2 and then it will be closed," he said in Solo as reported by Antara, Wednesday, October 6.
Arif said that his party had formed Linmas Teams in all regions to detect nobar actions or activities that provoked crowds.
"And it turns out that there was information yesterday that we watched together, there was one in Manahan and one in Mojosongo, so it was in two places. Then we disbanded in accordance with SE (Surakarta Mayor Circular No. 067/3272 concerning PPKM Level 2 COVID-19 in the City of Surakarta)," he said.
He said that the reports submitted to the Surakarta City Satpol PP related to watching together also came from the community.
"Linmas also reported that there were activities (watching together) in their environment, then we followed up," he said.
Meanwhile, regarding the PPKM of Solo City, which has dropped from level 3 to level 2, the public still has to pay attention to it.
"Thank God it's level two, a lot of easing has been done. But that doesn't mean it's free, the public still has to be vigilant and we also continue to emphasize the prokes (health protocols) because COVID-19 is not over yet, prokes standards must be enforced," he said.
