Plaza Indonesia Manager, Led By Rosano Barack-in-law Syahrini, Earns IDR205 Billion In Profit From Previously Loss Of IDR791 Billion

JAKARTA - PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) recorded an unsatisfactory performance in the first six months of this year. The manager of the Plaza Indonesia mall posted a decrease in revenue despite recording profit growth in the first semester of 2021.

In Plaza Indonesia's financial report quoted Wednesday, October 6, the company's revenue, led by Rosano Barack in-law Syahrini, amounted to Rp447.4 billion in the first semester of 2021. This amount was recorded to be down 8.9 percent compared to revenue in the first semester of 2020 which amounted to Rp491.5 billion. .

However, the cost of revenue also decreased from Rp130.6 billion in the first semester of 2020 to Rp127.9 billion. Plaza Indonesia also earned a gross profit of IDR 319.5 billion from the previous IDR 360.8 billion.

As a result, Plaza Indonesia managed to record a profit for the current period of Rp.205.3 billion from the previous record of a current loss of Rp.791 billion.

Plaza Indonesia recorded total liabilities and equity of Rp11.7 trillion. It consists of short-term liabilities of Rp12 billion, long-term liabilities of Rp735.1 billion and equity of Rp10.5 trillion in the first semester of 2021.

Meanwhile, the total assets of Plaza Indonesia in the first semester of 2021 were recorded at Rp. 11.7 trillion compared to the same period in 2020 which was Rp. 11.8 trillion.
