Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte's Discipline Violation Case On M. Kece Handled By Wabprof
JAKARTA - The National Police stated that the suspect in the alleged abuse case of Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte was transferred to the Bureau of Supervision and Professional Development (Wabprof). This delegation relates to disciplinary violations in this series of cases.
"Yes, it was delegated to the Wabprof," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan to VOI, Tuesday, October 5.
This delegation was due to Napoleon Bonaparte's status as a member of the National Police. Later, in handling the Wabprof, sanctions will be determined.
"Currently NB is still a member of the National Police," said Ramadhan.
Previously, Ramdhan also mentioned that three members of the Criminal Investigation Unit who were strongly suspected of committing disciplinary violations would be handed over to the Provost Propam Police Bureau.
They include the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police AKP Imam Suhondo, Bripka Wandoyo Edi and Bripda Saep Sigit. So far, the process for them is in the filing stage and will soon be completed.
"A filing has been carried out and the file is almost complete on behalf of the alleged violators of AKP I and two of its members," said Ramadhan.
As previously reported, the National Police's Propam Division stated that three Bareskrim prison officers were guilty of being negligent in a series of cases of alleged mistreatment of Muhammad Kece. They are the Head of Rutan, Head and guard members.
They were found guilty based on the results of the trial. The three of them violated PP number 2/2003 Article 4 (d) and (f) namely disciplinary violations not carrying out discipline, not implementing SOPs in guarding prisoners.
