Fajar Napu's Speech, Considers The Anger Of Social Minister Risma As A Form Of Mother's Concern
JAKARTA - Fajar Sidik Napu, assistant to the Family Hope Program (PKH) who was abused by Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini, told the Governor of Gorontalo, Rusli Habibie. Fajar admitted that he had forgiven Social Minister Risma and considered his anger as a form of a mother's concern for her children.
“Some of the media also asked me, do I mind yesterday's actions? I replied that it was impossible for me to scold my parents who scolded me, because for me it was part of our education," he explained, quoted from the official website of the Gorontalo Provincial Government, Monday, October 4.
Fajar explained the root of the problem that occurred at that time. At that time, there were 26 names of PKH recipients who were questioned by the village head as to why the money had not yet arrived.
Fajar explained that the names had not been included in the SP2D (Fund Disbursement Order) list which was the domain of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
"Next I will explain because there is currently a data matching process, so it is indicated that this KPM is deactivated from the DTKS (Social Welfare Integrated Data)," explained Fajar.
Receiving the explanation, Risma asked the ministry staff who answered that the data was available. Likewise with the answer of the bank in charge of disbursing funds.
"The bank said it was in the transaction process. Hearing this, the minister immediately stood up to me. Even though the bank's intention was that the transaction for the BPNT (Non-Cash Food Assistance) program was not the recipient of the PKH that the minister had intended," he continued.
After the incident, Fajar had clarified to the minister. He explained that the list of 26 names was still in the e-pkh application. Most of them are recipients of the expansion (new PKH addition) in 2021.
"The names that have not been included in the money are the expansion PKH whose data collection was carried out in January and activated between June and July 2021," he added.
As the coordinator of PKH, he is committed to working in accordance with the SIP principles, namely courtesy, integrity and professionalism. It never deletes and adds data at will. The data is stored in the Ministry of Social Affairs.
