Polda Metro Jaya Prepares Time To Call Olivia Nathania, Son Of Artist Nia Daniaty Regarding Alleged Fraud
JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Regional Police investigators have scheduled a summons for Olivia Nathania, the daughter of Nia Daniaty, an old singer, regarding allegations of fraud in the registration of Civil Servants (PNS).
The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus explained that the summons for ON and RN will be carried out in the near future.
"Soon we will schedule the two reported ON and RN (Olivia's husband) to be examined," said Kombes Yusri to reporters, Monday, October 4.
As previously known, a number of victims who claimed to have been tricked by Olivia Nathania came to the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Friday, September 24. The report was received, and currently investigators are examining the statements of the complainant.
"We are currently scheduling (summoning) the reported party because we examined the victims first. We will schedule the reported (later)," he said.
Furthermore, Yusri said that last Thursday, the investigators had asked for information from the reporting team. Then last Friday, the witnesses were examined.
"Today's activity plan, the investigator team will directly check the Bidakara building and take information from the management from the Bidakara building. Today, we plan to collect information from the victims. Hopefully they can attend," he said.
As is known, there were five victims who decided to report cases of fraud and/or embezzlement and/or forgery of letters allegedly committed by Olivia Nathania and her husband, RN.
The victim reported Olivia Nathania and RF to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police with the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: September 23, 2021. The articles that are suspected are Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
