Chronology Of Arrest Of Shah Rukh Khan's Son, Aryan Khan During Drug Party On Cruise Ship
JAKARTA - Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested during the raid on a drug party held aboard a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai, India, on Saturday, October 2. Aryan Khan was detained by NCB along with seven other people, namely Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra, and Arbaaz Merchant.
Meanwhile several others have been detained by the NCB and will be released if their urine test results are negative. From the raid on the cruise ship, NCB seized several drugs, including 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 MDMA (ecstasy) pills and 5 grams of MD (Mephedrone).
NCB received information that there would be drugs used at the party on the cruise ship. NCB said Aryan was caught hiding drugs in the lens case he was carrying.
NCB also said that Aryan could not dodge after checking the conversation on his cellphone. In the WA chat, a group chat was found discussing drugs with other suspects.
In his written statement, Aryan Khan denied having bought drugs. To handle his case, Aryan will use the services of lawyer Satish Maneshinde. Aryan Khan will apply for the suspension of detention today, Monday, October 4. S
"No incriminating material was found from him. There is no possession or proof of consumption either," Satish said as quoted by the Times of India, Monday, October 4.
Satish Maneshinde will then apply for a suspension of detention this afternoon before the case is brought further to trial. Satish Maneshinde believes his client can be saved because there is no evidence or anything against him.
Satish Maneshinde confirmed that his client attended the event because he was invited by the organizers. "No incriminating material was found from him. There is no possession or proof of consumption either," Satish said as reported by the Times of India.
