JAKARTA - There are complaints about the difficulty of accessing PeduliLindung in shopping centers. Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria said the PeduliLindung system will continue to be updated to make it easier for residents to access a number of public places.

"Yes, of course the government will continue to improve, improve and optimize the PeduliLindung application. That is the authority of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, we believe that Kominfo anticipates various possibilities and everything is made to ensure safety and also to make it easier for the public," Riza told reporters, Friday, October 1.

Riza appealed to residents who had problems accessing PeduliLIndungi to submit their complaints through the provided mechanism.

"Please, if there are complaints, expectations, convey. The central government, of course, will continue to improve and improve services, including the PeduliLindung application," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the perceived use of the PeduliLindung application to slow down the economy in the shopping sector, Riza spoke about the balance between the economy and health.

"Yes, we understand the importance of the economy, the movement of the economy. But with health, we shouldn't ignore it, we try to make sure everyone is healthy and safe. If we are not healthy, we are not safe, we cannot generate economic movement. So the condition for the economy to move forward and grow is health, so health is a priority," said Riza.
