Driver Of 7 Motorized Transport Truck Without Documents Destination Sumbawa Arrested In Jembrana

JEMBRANA - The truck driver named Bilayadi (48) was arrested by the Jembrana Police, Bali, for transporting 7 motorbikes without documents.

"The person concerned carried 16 motorcycles. 9 motorcycles were equipped with documents and 7 motorcycles were not," said Jembarana Police Chief AKBP I Ketut Gede Adi Wibawa, Friday, October 1.

The arrest of the driver began with information from the public regarding the existence of a truck carrying a motorcycle. This truck is on its way to Sumbawa, NTB.

From the report, the police came to the location and found the reported truck.

"The person concerned admitted that all motorcycles would be transported to Sumbawa. Of the 7 motorcycles that were not accompanied by the documents, he bought 3 motorcycles himself. Because there was an order from Sumbawa. Meanwhile, 4 bicycles were entrusted by a person named Ari to be given to Alamsyah who is in Sumbawa," he added.

The seven motorbikes without documents were secured by the police. The driver was also checked at the Jembrana Police.

"And the 9 motorcycles equipped with these documents have been handed over to their owners. This case is still under development," said AKBP Wibawa.
