Jin BTS Fills In The Theme Song For The Korean Drama Jirisan

JAKARTA - Jin from the K-pop group BTS will contribute his voice for the inaugural soundtrack of the Korean drama Jirisan. Today, October 1st, tvN and the AStory company announced this good news.

"Jin BTS's song for the Jirisan soundtrack will be a friend song for Jirisan and you can listen to it in the drama," AStory quoted Soompi as saying.

For the second time, Jin will be singing for the soundtrack of a Korean drama. Previously, Jin in a duet with V BTS filled the Korean drama Hwarang with the song It's Definitely You.

Jirisan is a mystery drama starring Jun Ji Hyun and Joo Ji Hoon about the guards at Mount Jiri National Park. Jun Ji Hyun plays Seo Yi Gang while Joo Ji Hoon plays Kang Hyun-Jo.

This drama is highly anticipated by the audience because it was written by Kim Eun Hee who worked on the Kingdom series.

Jirisan drama is also Jun Ji Hyun's latest project after The Legend of the Blue Sea in 2016.

As for AStory, the release of Jin BTS's soundtrack for Jirisan will be announced later, while the first episode of the drama Jirisan will air on October 23 at 21.00 on tvN and iQiYi.
