Robber Of Rp. 60 Million Who Was Holding A House Owner In Probolinggo Was Shot
PROBOLINGGO - Two specialists in violent theft were arrested by the Probolinggo Police, East Java. The two are Sadi (43) and Samhadi (49).
Both were arrested after robbing Rp60 million, 2 cellphones, and 2 laptops.
The theft was carried out at a house in Gunggugan Lor Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java.
Probolinggo Police Chief, East Java AKBP Teuku Arsya Gaddafi said the two perpetrators were shot in the leg. The reason is that when arrested the perpetrators resisted.
"The perpetrators entered the house that was the target. Then they broke into the wall and arrested the owner of the house. There were 5 perpetrators, only three other people were still DPOs," he said, Thursday, September 30.
Meanwhile, the Probolinggo Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head, AKP Rahmad Ridho Satrio, explained that the five perpetrators shared roles during their actions.
Three people were in charge of entering the house, one person being the situation guard and the other being the driver.
The victim reported this incident to the police and was eventually arrested. Two people arrested, 3 still at large.
"The perpetrator stole two cellphones, two laptops and cash worth Rp. 60 million. But according to the perpetrator's information, the laptop and cellphone were thrown into the river," said AKBP Teuku Arsya.
The two perpetrators were charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code regarding theft with violence.
