The NTB Prosecutor's Office Reveals The Role Of The Former Director Of The North Lombok Hospital In Relation To Corruption
MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office revealed the role of the former Director of the North Lombok Hospital with the initials SH, related to the alleged corruption case in project work at the North Lombok Hospital, namely the addition of an operating room and ICU, as well as the addition of an emergency room.
"The former director in his capacity as KPA (budget user power) influenced the PPK (commitment making official) in project work," said NTB Prosecutor's Office Spokesman Dedi Irawan in Mataram, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, September 29.
The existence of a relationship in the structure of the position was allegedly used by SH, who is now a suspect in this case, so that the project implementation seems to have no problems.
Problems that arise in this case are also related to payments from third-party providers of goods, including one unit of AHU/HVAC air conditioning system, HEPA Filter, Medium Filter, Remote Control, and warranty book.
Because it has not been paid for, a number of facilities were asked to return the goods provider partners. Likewise with Hermetic Door and vinyl installation work. Meanwhile, the payment terms have been carried out as of December 2019.
In this case, SH was named a suspect in corruption in the construction of three projects at the North Lombok Hospital.
The three projects, namely the addition of the operating room and ICU, were carried out by PT. Apro Megatama who is domiciled in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
Meanwhile, the project for the addition of the emergency room was carried out by PT. Batara Guru Group from Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
For the additional operating room and ICU project undertaken by PT. Apro Megatama, the value of the work reached Rp6.4 billion. Allegations of corruption arose because the process was delayed and resulted in a fine. This also resulted in state losses, based on the audit results, amounting to Rp.742.75 million. In this project, SH was named a suspect along with three other people. They are the official making the commitment with the initials EB, the proxy for the Director of PT Apro Megatama with the initials DT as a party to the implementing partner, and the Director of CV Cipta Pandu Utama with the initials DD, the supervisory consultant.
Then the work on the addition of the emergency room space project by PT. Batara Guru Group. The project was carried out with a value of IDR 5.1 billion. Allegations emerged after the government terminated the project contract in the middle of the work progress so that the resulting state losses reached Rp 1.75 billion.
The mode of corruption is that the project work is still declared complete, although it is suspected that there is still a shortage of work volume.
"The realization of this project is only concrete. There are indications of a lack of work volume," he said.
In handling the case for this project, the NTB Prosecutor's Office named SH as a suspect along with DKF, a supervisory consultant from CV Indo Mulya Consultant, who is now the Deputy Regent of North Lombok.
The other suspects are the project commitment maker (PPK) with the initials HZ, and the attorney for the director of PT Batara Guru, MF.
