Baim Wong Compares 'Torn Bread' And His Bloated Stomach First, Warganet: Very Stylish
JAKARTA - Baim Wong's appearance has changed drastically. Had appeared with a distended stomach, Papa Kiano is now getting the ideal body. Previously, Baim admitted that he was worried about his appearance in recent years.
After getting married and having children, Baim's body is no longer the ideal and muscular body it used to be. Effort after effort was made by Baim, until he insinuated himself through his post on Instagram about his diet plan which always failed, because it was inconsistent and often for many reasons.
He said he wanted to have a stocky and muscular body like before. Especially if you have a job that requires you to always appear in public. Until everything is done, including diet and exercise for the sake of his ideal body shape.
Tuesday, September 28, Baim uploaded a photo transition of himself from 2 months ago, until now which is more ideal and muscular. "2 months ago. Bye bye endut. #keepgoing #baimwongjadiaderai #sehatbersamalmen," wrote Baim on Instagram @baimwong.
In the first photo, Baim is seen jumping from a ship. Although it doesn't look perfect yet, the muscles in the 'torn bread' shape of the chest are starting to show. Meanwhile, two months earlier, Baim's stomach looked distended.
The post was immediately flooded with comments from relatives and followers of Baim, because of the changes. They also questioned what method Baim used. "How do you do it bosqueee," wrote @basukisurodjo.
There are also those who praise Paula's husband's appearance as more stylish. "Wowwww, that's a lot of style, your stomach and arms are starting to get muscular @baimwong @zedmax79, you're going to be diligent in the gym," wrote the account @ritaradianty.
It turns out, in the past 2 months Baim has been on a healthy diet which is directly guided by his master, Ade Rai. Baim started to live a better and healthier lifestyle, by fasting and exercising for his ideal body. Baim also maintains and controls the intake that enters his body.
Through his personal YouTube channel, Baim Wong shares diet tips. "Snacking replaces healthy snacks with L-Men Protein Bars with complete nutrition, effectively helping the formation of an athletic body. Now, if a regular snack has a lot of sugar and salt, it is rich in fiber, lower in fat, and high in protein," said Baim Wong.
