3 Bareskrim Prison Guard Officers Proved To Be Negligent Behind The Persecution Case Of Muhammad Disappointed

JAKARTA - The National Police stated that there was an element of negligence by the Bareskrim detention center officers behind a series of cases of alleged mistreatment of Muhammad Kece. At least three officers were deemed negligent.

"The results of the examination by the Head of the Rutan and 2 guard officers were correct in implementing the SOP," said the Head of the National Police's Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, to VOI, Wednesday, September 29.

However, Sambo said he had not given any sanctions or other actions to the guard officers. Because, we have to wait for other investigations to be completed.

"However, for the complete filing of the continuation of the process of enforcing the discipline of the members of the prison guard after the examination of the NB and the case title," said Sambo.

Previously, the National Police's Propam Division would examine Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte. This examination is to complete the alleged negligence in the series of cases of persecution of Muhammad Kece.

"The examination of Inspector General NB is to complete the investigation of 7 members of the National Police consisting of the prison guard and the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department," said Sambo.

The examination of Napoleon will take place on Wednesday, September 29. After the examination, the investigator will conduct a case study.

During the trial, investigators will identify the suspect. However, the suspect is an element of negligence.

"After the examination of Inspector General NB, a case will be held to determine the suspect of negligence in the persecution of the suspect in the blasphemy case M. Kace," said Sambo.
