JAKARTA - The team of doctors at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta stated that MS, an employee of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) who was the victim of alleged bullying and sexual harassment, was traumatized and depressed.

MS's legal team member, Rony Hutahaean, explained that this was based on the results of a temporary examination by a team of doctors who handled the examination for the purpose of investigating the case.

"At the Police Hospital, he said there were three points. First, our client experienced a mental shock, secondly depression, and thirdly, he experienced stress due to post-bullying trauma and sexual harassment," he said when contacted by reporters, Tuesday, September 28.

He continued, the results refer to the three psychological examinations carried out by MS at the Visum Center and Medicolegal at the Kramat Hati Police Hospital since early September 2021 based on the investigator's request.

"We hope that further investigations, both at the LPSK and at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, become an integral part of the investigation process at the Central Jakarta Police," he said.

Rony added that his party was still coordinating with investigators from the Central Jakarta Police Satreskrim regarding the handling of cases of sexual harassment, for which there are currently no suspects.

He also said that MS was ready to undergo further psychiatric examinations at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for the sake of the case according to the request of the Central Jakarta Police Satreskrim investigators.

"We are willing and grateful to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital at any time we will attend for further examination as evidence of cases of sexual harassment experienced by our clients," he said.
