Hundreds Of Creditors Of KSP Indosurya Started To Manage Refunds

JAKARTA - Thousands of members or creditors have agreed to make peace with the management of the Indosurya Cipta Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in the cooperative's Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) case. Among them, especially the elderly and sick conditions have been processing the claim for refund from the KSP, since Tuesday, July 14.

"So far, hundreds of customers or creditors have registered with their priority on the elderly and sick customers," said Chief Executive of KSP Indosurya Cipta, Sonia in Jakarta, Thursday, July 16.

The registration process for priority creditors for the elderly and sick conditions is open from 14-21 July 2020 using an online system or coming directly to Grha Surya Kuningan, South Jakarta. Sonia explained, a customer who is sick can be authorized by attaching a medical record from the hospital, an identity card, a bill, and a power of attorney whose identity does not match the bill.

Sonia said again, KSP members who are in Jakarta and outside Jakarta can manage their funds online through the page with the address poskoindosuryaksp.com by following directions and instructions. This is done to meet health protocols and prevent the spread of the pandemic. At the same time, online registration is also aimed at making it easier for KSP Indosurya members.

Don't Want to Bankruptcy

Since this Tuesday-Thursday, the number of customers who have registered online has reached 140 people. Meanwhile, 110 people attended the KSP Indosurya office.

Regarding this post, the customer's mistaken attorney, Nadhira Marianda Fitri from Hads Partnership, said that his party chose to register directly with Indosurya. The member they represented was sick.

Nadhira said the Indosurya management asked for medical record documents from the hospital, customer ID cards, and bilyet to register for reimbursement of creditors' money.

"Come directly because you entered the wrong customer medical record documents and to get a more detailed explanation," said Nadhira.

Nadhira explained that he represented nine major creditors aged 60 years to 70 years, as well as customers who were sick with a total fund of nearly IDR 40 billion.

He emphasized that most of the creditors are old and the urgent need for medical expenses needs to make the management of funds easier. They also supported the peace proposal.

"The client wants the payment to be more humane and does not want to go bankrupt," said Nadhira.

Another customer, Gunawan, hopes the same. He takes care of his claim himself, and hopes that KSP Indosurya will speed up the process of returning creditors' money. He himself admitted to arranging a refund for urgent medical expenses.

"I hope it will be realized soon because it is necessary for medical expenses," said the elderly man.
