The Latest Leaks Of MacBook Products That Will Be Released Later This Year, What Are The Updates?
JAKARTA – Apple may have just leaked the upcoming MacBook Pro. They revealed some details about the two new products that might be coming soon.
Apple's California Streaming event, September 15, showed the world that there's already a camera upgrade to the iPhone 13, a bigger curved screen to the Apple Watch Series 7, and an entirely new design for the iPad mini 6. year 2021.
The MacBook lineup has had at least two sizes available over the last few years, with two 13.3-inch models and one 16-inch. It says the larger 16-inch size uses an Intel chip, while the 13-inch model is powered by Apple Silicon.
The older, larger, 9th Gen Intel model almost doubles the price of the new 13-inch MacBook Pro M1 while being considered slower and somewhat outdated. Apple continues to sell these models because they may provide better graphics performance with a dedicated AMD Radeon Pro GPU and offer higher memory capacities and storage options. While it's not a slick and efficient new model, it does get the job done.
A recent discovery by MacRumors suggests that the new, larger MacBook Pro is coming to Apple customers who want something faster and better. The information is found in the latest macOS beta update.
Monterey beta 7 contains two new screen resolutions, which are higher than before for the MacBook Pro. At 3024 x 1964 and 3456 x 2234 pixels, this might line up with earlier rumors about two new Apple laptops, the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros. There's already a 13.3-inch MacBook Pro M1, so the new model will likely feature a faster chip, likely named the Apple M1X or M2.
Two new MacBook Pros are rumored to be coming before the end of 2021 and are generally expected to come in 14 and 16-inch sizes. The new Apple laptops are expected to arrive in October or November.
Aside from a more powerful processor, there is speculation that Apple might get rid of the Touch Bar, a 'love it or hate' feature that replaces function keys with touch-based panels. Since the new device is rumored to be replacing the massive Intel MacBook Pro, it would be safe to assume a higher capacity will come with an updated Mac laptop. More ports and a possible return of the MacBook MagSafe charger have also been suggested by various sources.
The latest leak may imply a slightly higher resolution display is coming to the new MacBook Pro models. On the other hand, it could mean a bigger MacBook Pro is on its way. The 17-inch model was released in 2011, so Apple might be going big again.
If Apple maintains the same pixel density as the current 16-inch model, the revealed resolution may point to an 18-inch model. There are no other leaks or rumors to suggest such a big device, and it's likely that the 14- and 16-inch Apple Silicon MacBook Pros will be revealed in the next few weeks.
