"There are many basins in South Jakarta, such as in the Kemang and Pesanggrahan areas. Even so, we are intensifying the normalization of connecting channels, rivers, reservoirs to the Besar river. There are 52 heavy equipment deployed," he told VOI.

Junjung said that the normalization of large rivers carried out by his party included large rivers on the east side of the Ciliwung River, West Baru River, Krukut River, Grogol River, Pesanggrahan River and Mampang River.

"There are 6 times or large rivers that have been normalized. Meanwhile, regarding the mud from dredging the normalization of 6 large rivers, it is dumped into the Ancol area, North Jakarta," he said.
