Search 3 Places Including Probolinggo BKD Office, KPK Finds Documents Of Alleged Sale And Purchase Of Positions
JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) found a number of documents related to the alleged sale and purchase of positions in Probolinggo Regency, East Java during a search.
Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Ali Fikri explained that the three locations searched were the Probolinggo Regency PUPR Office, Probolinggo Regency Disperindag Office, and Probolinggo Regency Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) Office. The search was conducted on Thursday, September 23.
"From these three locations, the investigative team found and secured various evidences, including documents related to the case," Ali told reporters, Friday, September 24.
Furthermore, the documents found will be analyzed further. "Next, a confiscation will be carried out to complete the files of the suspects, namely PTS (Puput Tantriana Sari) and others," said Ali.
In this bribery case of buying and selling positions, the KPK has named 22 people as suspects. They consist of 4 bribe recipients and 18 bribe givers.
Bribes were given so that they could serve as village head officials in the Probolinggo Regency Government. Each person is required to pay Rp. 20 million and the village land tribute of Rp. 5 million per hectare.
The four recipients were Probolinggo Regent Puput Tantriana Sari, DPR member Hasan Aminuddin, Krejengan sub-district head Doddy Kurniawan, and Paiton sub-district head Muhamad Ridwan.
While the 18 donors namely Sumanto, Ali Wafa, Mawardi, Mashudi, Maliha, Mohammad Bambang, Masruhen, Abdul Wafi, Kho'im, Akhmad Saifullah, Jaelani, Uhar, Nurul Hadi, Nuruh Huda, Hasan, Sahir, Sugito, and Syamsuddin as suspects giver. They are all state civil apparatus (ASN) in Probolinggo.
