The Professional and Security Division (Propam) directly examined the Head of the PPNS Police Criminal Investigation Bureau, Brigadier General Prasetyo Utomo, who signed the pass.

Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, said that the result of the interim examination, the issuance of the road letter was Prasetyo Utomo's initiative.
