Head Of Bogor Regency BPN Admits There Are Brokers Who Like To Sell Arable Land
BOGOR – The Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Bogor Regency commented on the news of a land broker on disputed land in Bojong Koneng Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency.
Responding to this, Sepyo said the issue of land brokers (biong) was beyond BPN's control. However, Sepyo acknowledged that there are land brokers who like to buy and sell land without a certificate.
Despite the existence of a land broker, Sepyo emphasized that regarding the language of 'arable' land which is often referred to by residents, it does not at all determine a person's land ownership.
"It depends, the name is arable, not the owner, what is meant by cultivating, is working. If HGB is land with rights, or registered land, there is property right, there is HGB, there is use right. HGB with building rights is land rights," explained Sepyo told reporters in Bogor Regency, West Java, Thursday, September 23.
However, according to Sepyo, if the HGB owners work together to use the land, then it doesn't matter as long as it is in accordance with the spatial plan.
"What is clear is that the use of the HGB is in accordance with the spatial layout. The HGB is 20 years, after which it is extended (there are) certain conditions, according to the spatial planning provisions, it can be extended," said Sepyo.
Previously, Sepyo emphasized that ATR/BPN had data on Sentul City's Building Use Rights Letter (SHGB), which was old data. This immediately denies the accusation that Sentul City's certificate for Rocky Gerung's land is considered false.
"Until now there is data, HGB already has old data. There is data, so it is not fake. Until now, the object is registered with HGB in the name of PT Sentul City," concluded Sepyo.
