COVID-19 Task Force Brings Good News, There Are No More Red Zone Regencies/Cities In Indonesia
JAKARTA - The COVID-19 Handling Task Force released the distribution of regional COVID-19 risk zoning today. This distribution data is as of September 19, 2021 which is updated weekly.
In its distribution, there are no longer any districts/cities that have red zones or zones with a high risk of COVID-19. Last week, the red zone was still in Banda Aceh City.
Then, the orange zone or COVID-19 moderate risk area is 31 regencies/cities or around 6.03 percent of the total regencies/cities. Districts/cities with moderate risk are Tebing Tinggi City, Tomohon City, Donggala, Tana Toraja, East Luwu, Mappi , Puncak, Belu, Central Bangka, Pangkalpinang City, Bangka, East Belitung, Tana Tidung, Bulungan, Berau, Bontang City, Banyumas, Bantul, Badung, Gianyar, Bangli, Denpasar City, Southwest Aceh, Pidie Jaya, Pidie, Aceh Jaya , Nagan Raya, South Aceh, Banda Aceh City, and North Aceh.
Meanwhile, the yellow zone regencies/cities or low risk of COVID-19 are in 481 districts/cities or as much as 93.58 percent. Then, the green zone regencies/cities or no longer have COVID-19 cases are in 2 districts, namely Arfak Mountains and Intan Jaya.
It is known, in determining regional zoning, the COVID-19 Task Force has 3 indicators, namely epidemiological indicators, public health surveillance indicators, and health service indicators in each region.
