Knock! DPR Agrees Nyoman Adhi Suryadnyana To Become A Member Of The BPK RI
JAKARTA - The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia has approved the results of the fit and proper test or the fit and proper test of the elected candidate for the member of the BPK RI for the period 2021-2026, Nyoman Adhi Suryadnyana.

The appointment of Nyoman Adhi as a member of the BPK to replace one member of the BPK RI, namely Bahrullah Akbar whose term of office will end on October 29, 2021.
In the report on the results of the fit and proper test, Deputy Chairman of Commission XI of the DPR RI, Dolfie, said that the DPR RI Commission XI had completed a series of processes and activities in the context of selecting candidates for members of the BPK RI.
First, open the registration of candidates for members of the BPK RI by making announcements in the mass media on May 31 to June 2, 2012.
Then, on June 24, 2021, the internal meeting of Commission XI of the DPR RI decided to announce 16 candidates for BPK members to the mass media to obtain public responses and opinions.
"Commission XI requested the opinion of the Supreme Court regarding the process of selecting candidates for members of the BPK RI and the Supreme Court has submitted an answer to Commission XI of the DPR RI," explained Dolfie when giving the report.
Furthermore, on September 8-9, Commission XI of the DPR RI conducted a fit and proper test on 15 candidates for members of the BPK RI because one person had resigned.
The election process ended with a decision being made on September 9, 2021 at 19.30 WIB with a majority vote mechanism.
"Based on the results of the vote count for 15 candidates for BPK RI members, Commission XI of the DPR RI agreed that the elected BPK RI member with the most votes, Nyoman Adhi Suryadnyana, got 44 votes out of a total of 56 votes," said Dolfie.
