East Jakarta: Grand Cakung Mall.

South Jakarta: Kalibata Trilogy Campus and Jln M.Saidi Raya Petukangan

South Jakarta. West Jakarta: LTC Glodok

Central Jakarta: Lapangan Banteng Post Office

West Jakarta: West Jakarta Samsat parking lot

Documents required for mobile SIM services are the original KTP and original driver's license along with photocopies, filling out the application form and taking a medical test at the outlet location. This mobile SIM outlet only serves valid SIM A and SIM C extensions.

While at the Mobile SIM outlet location, the public is required to implement health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 by wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, washing hands and not crowding.
