Roy Suryo Reports Ferdinand Hutahaean About Panci Case
JAKARTA - Former Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Roy Suryo has officially reported politician Ferdinand Hutahaean to Polda Metro Jaya. The report relates to allegations of spreading false news and slander.
"Today, my team and I have also made a report on a buzzer," said Roy Suryo to reporters, Monday, September 20.
The report, Roy said, was because Ferdinand Hutahaean uploaded on his Twitter account sentences that were deemed inappropriate and did not match the facts. Where, the tweet alludes to the pan case.
The case is an allegation that Roy Suryo brought home a pan or kitchen utensil belonging to the state when he stepped down from his position as minister.
"Why slander? Because apart from hate speech, fooling me and fooling me, he also wrote accusing me of bringing things home from work," he said.
In fact, the case already has permanent legal force. Where, Roy Suryo was declared innocent.
"The fact is that what he said has been going on for a long time. In May 2019 the South Jakarta District Court has decided that the case is inkrah," said Roy.
Meanwhile, the report is registered with the number STTLP/B/4639/IX/2021/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Date: 20 September 2021. Thus, Ferdinand Hutahaean is suspected of violating Articles 301 and 302 and Article 27 Juncto, Article 45 of the ITE Law.
